Ben Johnson is one of those managers that always impressed me with the ease that he displayed during tense situations. He would be someone I would want on my team when things go sideways.
Ben got asked to do something completely outside of his job description and comfort level, but not only did he accomplish the goals, he learned how to be a better, more engaged manager.
